As a STOTT PIlates Instructor, Jehna works with the 5 basic principles of pilates to create a dynamic workout. Jehna’s Pilates classes are centred around building strength, encouraging detoxifying breath patterns, elongation of muscles, stability and balance.
If you’re new to pilates, working with an instructor one-on-one is a great way to learn the movements, understand where you’re at and correct form before jumping into group classes. Those with injuries or chronic pain are also encouraged to work one-on-one with an instructor before they begin to ensure proper modifications are set in place.
Private classes are available in one-on-one sessions and groups up to four.
